We provide you with a full range of freight forwarding service for trade fairs, exhibitions and other cultural and sporting events. The service is intended for companies organizing and constructing the fairs and exhibitions as well as for the exhibitors themselves. Our services will allow you to focus on your visitors and customers, while we take care of logistical support for your participation in the exhibition.
A comprehensive forwarding service for domestic and foreign fairs includes mainly:
Ensuring transport of shipments to the exhibition venue and back
Customs clearance of exports and imports, including ATA carnets to countries where they are allowed
Services at the exhibition place
We provide workers and the necessary machinery for assembly and dismantling – forklifts, cranes, handling platforms, pallet jacks and hand carts. We collect the empty containers at the exhibitor’s booth, store them for the entire duration of the exhibition and then deliver them back to the booth. After the exhibition we load the exhibition booth again and provide return transport.
